Whether you're planning a gathering for your entire sales force, a nationwide conference or an intimate fundraising dinner for a select few, the Zentrum offers you a setting as distinctive as the vehicles BMW manufactures. (If you simply wish to use a small portion of the Zentrum for smaller meetings, please visit our Meeting Area.)
All facility rentals encompass the entire Zentrum grounds, which offers:
- 250-seat auditorium
- 60-seat conference room
- Use of the Boxer Café
- Expansive exhibit space
- Guided Plant Tours (if available)
Facility Rental Fees
| During regular operating hours: |
$500 |
| During non-operating hours: |
$1,000 |
| Overtime rate is $350 per hour beyond contracted time. |
Other things to consider:
- Only BMW-approved caterers may be used for food or beverage service
- Rentals available 7 days a week
- Building capacity is 375
- Food and alcohol are allowed at the Zentrum, but please encourage your guests to be responsible, especially if they'll be driving
- Services such as coat check and valet parking are available for additional charge; inquire for details
